Dreams - Ilford

We were served by Abdullah. He was attentive, polite and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and he let us make to informed choices. I had already been to another bed shop before I visited Dreams and at that shop the assistant was short, impatient and was pushing me to buy. It was off putting but by comparison Abdullah was exceptional. He is mature and will go a long way in any service industry. I should know I've spent 35 years running service businesses.

Excellent service by Aysha at ilford branch

The member of staff greeted us and helped me through the whole process. He was very friendly and offered great advice with his honest reviews on all products that were looked at. He was straight to the point and quick through all the stages of purchase and did not leave out any vital pieces of information. Answered all our enquires about the mattress purchased and made us leave dreams with a satisfactory purchase. I highly recommend this dreams to friends and family and to all as the customer service pre and post purchase was outstanding the stock they had very good availability and ranges of sizes.

Staff member James greeted us promptly with a big smile. Was offered to use a machine to find put what mattress was best suited to us . Was shown mattress in are price range . We were offered a drink while we processed the order and was offered bed cover and explained in fully what it covers.

I was served by ‘big James’ He was a really lovely man that spent time with me and seemed to understand my needs. He was most helpful. During my time in the store another customer came in and James spent time with me then saw to them and then came back to help me. He was very professional and made me have an excellent experience in this store, in fact I think I may need a new mattress and I will go straight back to this store.

James knew the products very well

This is the 3rd time we’ve brought from dreams. As we entered we were greeted by Ayesha, she was absolutely brilliant, we told her what we were looking for and our budget and she was more than accommodating…showed us all the different mattresses, head boards the base of the bed. She was quick, efficient and product knowledge was bang on😊

Customer service was excellent, Aysha (assistant) who knew exactly what I wanted, had the product knowledge and found the product with no time. She was extremely helpful and her service was superb.

My wife and I arrived at 17h30, only 30min before closing. I was expected that everything would be rushed, but it was quite the opposite. James, the sales person, was very patient with us, showed us what he had, showed us the sleepmatch, offered and explained all the options and gave us his knowledge about everything bed related.
