I was looking for a bed for my daughter. When we arrived at Dreams we were greeted straight away by James who wanted to help us. We told him that we were looking for a single non memory foam mattress for my daughter and he proceeded with getting my daughter to do the mattress test. Afterwards we picked up the best mattress that suited her need. He also suggested a mattress protector and a pillow which were on offer and we purchased both. We were both very pleased with James's customer service.
