James the assistant was knowledgeable, courteous helpful and had a sense of humour. Covid 19 precautions were very good so that I felt safe trying out the different beds. Realising that I was an elderly person living alone James arranged that the delivery people will bag up my old mattress for me which was a great relief as I was worried about how I was going to manage, Although I didn't have any I was offered coffee which was a nice touch and not something I have ever before been offered while shopping for furniture.
