The service recieved was excellent. The assistant was very knowledge understanding my needs and gave me plenty of time to make my decision. The sales assistant persauded me to buy the mattress as I had no intention to buy in store but presented me with lots of options and value for money as well as quality.

I went to Dreams for a mattress and was greeted by James, he was very efficient from the start and offered us coffee, after the testbed session it was not long before we found the one best suited for us. Being sale time the prices were great and he dealt with us very politely. A very nice experience all around. thank you, Helen&Peter.

I was served by a gentleman by the name of James who served me some 20 months earlier, despite this to my astonishment he actually still remembered my name! For this reason, I felt I was genuinely being served as opposed to processed. James was non-pushy and although I had an idea of what I wanted to purchase, I was open to alternatives which were proposed in a non-pushy and professional manner with James pointing out the pros and cons of the alternative designs I looked at. He had excellent product knowledge and wanted me to make an informed choice that I would be happy with as opposed to trying to sell me something at a high price in order to achieve higher sales for the store as is often the case. I was offered a drink and thanked in a friendly, warm manner for my purchase. I left the store feeling like a genuinely valued customer.

You advertised a sale but very few of these items seemed to be on display in the store
