I was politely asked if I needed assistance when entering .I took some time to go around the shop deciding which bed was suitable for my needs. I had to ask quite a few questions at different intervals while looking at different beds. Muhammed was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. His assistance was very helpful. He even spent time to write down the prices for me, as I was relaying the information by phone back to my husband at home. and I kept getting muddled up .
