As soon as me and my boyfriend arrived at the store, a member of your staff called Abdulla introduced himself and welcomed us to your store in Seven Kings. Abdullah had a great knowledge about mattresses. The process choosing a mattress and processing our order was efficient.

The staff were really helpful and i found the visual descriptions of each product really easy to understand, which allows all types of shoppers to find what they are looking for

My experience at your Ilford store was highly satisfied due the member of staff who met us as soon as we entered the store. We had her full attention and she explained the difference between the brands and gave us time to try out different beds at our leisure. The smart bed used to access our sleep pattern was a bonus in helping us to select the type of bed for our needs. Our bed will be delivered in less that a week - excellent.
