Very helpful staff member who I spoke to whilst placing the initial order. Order was placed quickly and all questions I had were answers. There was an issue that the email confirmation did not come through, so I rang back and spoke to another member of staff (Barry Smith) who reassured me that my order had been processed, shared a screenshot with my order number for peace of mind, and confirmed that there was a delay on the email system. Could not have been happier with the service received
