We were approached immediately asked to sanitize advised of the procedures. We told the sales person what we wanted and he showed what was on offer. After testing out the mattresses we were able to make a decision. And we were advised the we could spread our payments interest free, which was a bonus. The whole experience was very good and not as stressful as I thought it would be.

She has greeted us from the door & guided us for our asking. Never looked upset on our various questions & queries. Stayed positive, perhaps helped us to change our mind to choose new products. We went to buy only mattress but end up buying full set of bed. Incredible sales knowledge. We were very happy before leaving the store.

Ayesha provided great customer service all round, very helpful in guiding us to the right bed frame and placing an order in quick succession.

From the moment my call was awnsered the guy was polite well spoken and very friendly great start then just got better I gave measurements and he just knew what I wanted sorted out a quick delivery and told me about extras like the protector topper and I purchased straight away a big gold star to you James at dreams in illford thank you dreams for a great experience and a great nights sleep

The staff were very nice and helpful the products were of good quality and although the product i wanted was out of stock i did choose a more expensive one which I am happy with.
