On arrival to Dreams, we were welcomed by Ayesha straight away. She greeted us warmly and extremely welcoming. She listened to what we were looking for and directed us to the beds for our needs. Answered all our questions with no fuss .. very knowledgeable. We were then taken to the area to check the best mattress for us. Again her Customer Service was outstanding and we chose the best mattress for us. We also bought 2 pillows with her recommendation. Making payment, setting up DD, explanation about the insurance we took out was very well explained to us including the delivery date and fixing the bed procedures and returns if needed. Overall ... one of the best Customer Service experiences we have had. Definitely will be returning for our future beds and recommending to others.

We were served by James at the store, who has kindly taken his time to listen to us and then presented options to our requirements. He explained the various products (beds and mattresses) and the difference between their designs. He also carried out sleep profile test and advised accordingly. We were mainly interested in the bed frames and bought one through him at the end, however, would definitely recommend this store and its customer service to others too.

As soon as me and my boyfriend arrived at the store, a member of your staff called Abdulla introduced himself and welcomed us to your store in Seven Kings. Abdullah had a great knowledge about mattresses. The process choosing a mattress and processing our order was efficient.
