We had a great experience at Dreams where both Ayesha and Pam (store manager) were both extremely helpful. We had a helpful initial assessment on a bed which indicated what my husband and I would be best suited to and shown the comparable beds by the so helpful Ayesha. The best part of our purchase was being allowed to reflect and choose what was right for us in our own time and NOT being rushed after being told the specific information about each bed. Thanks again to Ayesha and Pam. Really - both were very knowledgeable and helpful to us. Cannot wait for delivery of our new, much needed bed.

Pam, was quick to tend to our needs. Water was offered and hand sanitiser upon arrival.We really enjoyed the machine which showed us the best suited mattress for us. Pam then took us around to each mattress and explained the differences. We were undecisive and went between mattresses and she gave us space to do this. Paper towels were placed on the pillows and the pillows we were using, we ended up falling in love with and buying! We did not initially go in for pillows...we even received free pillows with our purchase. The small payment for 8years guarantee was a big bonus for us, as we was considering an online brand which did not offer this. It was a no brainer when you know you have 8 years of guarantee.Due to the lockdown we had a lot of time to make a list of beds we wanted to look at when the lockdown lifted. We went to a few shops after our visit to Dreams to check out the options and we ended up coming back on the same day to make our purchase. We called up the store 5 minutes before closing and the lovely staff said they will stay behind for us to make our purchase. No other shop compared to the quality of bed we saw in Dreams.

Very good customer service, The type of mattress I needed because of health problems were understood and taken on board during this visit. He also had great knowledge about the product, materials, comfort,etc . Overall great visit to the store

A very friendly and efficient staff. They found me the right mattress for my needs at an affordable price which made me very happy. I was also given 4 free pillows which was a pleasant surprise.

Ayesha was very kind and patient with me when I was testing out the mattresses. She was very informative about the mattresses that were in the store and help me choose the one that was right for me.
