We had been to a dreams store before but did not receive this kind of customer service before. When entering this store we were greeted and asked what we were looking for. We were then introduced to the find a mattress system which helped us to make an informed decision. We were shown different mattresses and were allowed to try them. We were also always asked what we wanted instead of trying to sell us something else.

The customer rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel welcome and was patient with meand offered a drink to me and my father when we went to pay.

The customer service assistant was very informative and friendly. She knew what I was looking for and when items were not available on the shop floor she took time to show me items online.

The young man James that helped me was kind polite & understanding felt so at ease with his help

I was given a special treatment by being offered a bottle of water, the staffs politeness as well as being given a video analysis of what mattress would be good for me and was able to buy the perfect mattresses for myself.
