Very good customer service and very helpful

I went to see the mattresses on Saturday which I thought was a good price. When I went back on Monday the store manager told me that on Saturday it was on offer and it had gone back up in price. There was 1 other issue but the manager dealt with it really well. I was going to cancel my order but the manager spoke to customer service and arranged the old price very quickly. The manager and Abdulah were really helpful.

Sales person James was quite helpful. He helped us all the time during our visit. His behaviour and service was top class.

Served by Abdulla and he had great product knowledge and showed me exactly what I wanted and gave me different options to choose from. He understood what I was looking for. He was friendly and gave me a drink. He didn’t rush me and left me alone for a bit so I could look at the beds on my own.

James was brilliant

The young lady who served me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she explained all my options , although she helped me choose the right bed for me, she wasn't pushy, and she left me to make up my own mind

It is because the bed was in my budget. It was also clearly shown that the beds were kept clean showing their quality. (Which was very high)

We were look after from the moment we walked in the store, very helpful in finding the correct bed for us by mr James. Very straight forward, which made us choose our bed within 20 mins. And a very friendly environment.

I was looking for a pillow. Ayesha served me. She did an amazing job and went above and beyond.
