There was one member of staff dealing with three customers at the same time. He was so stressed out and in the mean time he was trying his best to keep every one happy. You need more staff.

I given a wrong phone number on the receipt. Which no one attended.I came back to ilford dreams to find out the collection points opening time. A person named giri was sitting. There he was on his mobiles phone talking to someone, which was rude of him. Than a approached him for help at his desk. And he stayed on the phone for a good minute. When I was talking to him he didn't ask me to have a seat. He didn't have any eye contact with me. I had to ask him each question 3 to 5 times. After I was done I told him don't you have decency to ask your customers to have a seat he answered that is not my part of my job. I thing lead to the other I had an argument with him and started squaring up to me. This person is completely unfit for any job on this planet. I don't know why your company hired him. This one person had ruined my entire day

I was shown several items in store. The sales assistant was so jovial and showing me item after item that It was NOT made clear when he was placing the order which item was being placed on the order. In my stupid naivety, I trusted him to process what I actually wanted - not a random item that I had been shown. After the item arrived and I was disatisfied, this same earlier jovial member of staff was EXTREMELY RUDE AND I AM ENRAGED. Further due to his communications with customer services, HUSSAIN accused me of being a liar and was sarcastic and rude on the phone. Of course I challenged this behaviour but these people are a disgrace to dreams’ reputation and I am SO incensed that I will be writing to your CEO.

We are 100% satisfied with our visit to Ilford branch Dreams. We were greeted by Ifzal and really have nothing to be dissatisfied about. Maybe just the speed of getting my mattress delivered which is 10 days!

Checked the reviews online after I purchased the product, had many bad reviews on the bed frame, so I wanted to get to insurance on the product after checking the reviews and the store assistants were really unhelpful to get me insurance on the product. After not being able to get the insurance I wanted a refund which they refused the refund after initially before purchasing the product the store assistant told me that I could buy insurance whenever afterwards if I changed my mind. After sales seemed like they didn't care after the sold was made.
