I do not think i should be charged for delivery of the mattress. Dreams knows that most people cannot transport their purchase themselves!

We have moved in to a new house, my wife is pregnant she is due in 4 weeks . We have been given 12 days slot for delivery, not satisfied at all . My pregnant wife definitely need a bed , she can’t sleep on floor

I found the sales woman in the dreams showroom in Seven Kings High Road branch, very pushy and would not give me the chance to speak. Every time I tried to tell her exactly what I needed re: mattress type etc she would just dismiss me. I ended up asking her to let me just have a look for myself. It felt like being in a second hand car lot. She then started trying to sell me overpriced pillows etc insisting I would be crazy not to buy them. The delivery guys were brilliant though. I had no issue with them. They were friendly, clean, and on time. There communication was excellent on the delivery day.
