I had picked out a bed but wasn't happy to discover that there was only a choice of 3 mattresses in different prices.

Was a bit disappointed with the small collection of single beds the company had to offer. Was hoping there would be more options for the fabric and colours, as some independent companies offer.

The delivery date of the products are too long to wait, its a 4 weeks waiting time.

The bed that i was looking for was not in store

WE DID NOT HAVE THE INTENSION OF BUYING ANYTHING, BUT A GUY NAMED GIRI MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND JUST STARTED TALKING ABOUT A BEDROOM SET WHICH MY SISTER LIKED AND HE WAS A GOOD CHAP AND WHAT HE SAID AND HOW HE SAID IT CONVINCED US TO BUY AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE.

The prices are a bit high and also, there are limited options available in European size mattresses. Also, found that all the options are not available on the website, though that's nothing to do with the store experience.

I think there is always room for improvement, if I mark everything highly satisfied the quality of staff and products might not stay as they are.

the reason why im not highly satisfied is because there were not many design of beds even on the website i later purchase a bed from bensons bed which was unique and only they had it. it be nice if you had more variety of beds.

Were rather disappointed that we were to be charged for the delivery. Believe this should have been included in the price if at all and not as an add on especially when you are charging for the disposal of the old mattress. Assistant was very helpful and a little embarassed that you charge for this.
