Parts of my order is missing, the supporting legs and the brackets to hold up the slats did not come in my delivery also I was told to call back in a few weeks because you do not have these vital parts in stock. I have several disabilities and cannot use my bed until I get these parts. After paying a small fortune and waiting four weeks I'm very disappointed and will not recommended dreams to anyone.

Even after half price sales it still cost a fortune compare to other retail stores, deliveries, assemble and disposing old bed and mattress should free when you spent near two thousand pounds.

No reason but l was impressed by Ayesha the assistant of her product knowledge, professionalism and help. I will be recommending her to my family and friends and will definitely be coming back for further products purchases. Keep up the good work.

There was no obvious information about which beds we memory foam as opposed to just sprung. We had to ask.

Only One sales assistant on the shop floor who was busy dealing with a customer at his desk, so no one available to assist. I brought one pillow TheraPur Actigel, after trying a few on the shop floor, but when i got home, it was not like the one on the shop floor, the pillow was very hard, and ended up sleeping on the edge which was not comfortable. Took it back the next day but sales assistant saying satisfaction guarantee is only on mattress and not on pillows, and i need to contact customer service or on web chat, tried web chat, but no one is online, will try customer service tomorrow
