I was really satisfied with the service I got. The only thing that I wasn't satisfied with was the price of the mattress. I found it to be much more than I thought.

Ordered and booked delivery day without collection of old matteress and later on the day changed my mind and wanted collection of old mattress done too but was told rather rudely that this will need rebooking delivery day and chosen prefered day will not be available as am changing to collection. This I found rather odd and rude as I was told that I will be able to do so if itis befor 2 days of delivery. At one point as the person I was dealing with regarding delivery /collection was rude and unproffessional to customer need I would have cancelled the whole order and taken my business somewhere else. BUT fortunately other sales person came on phone and politely did the right thing.

My husband is an awkward shopper and Syed the rep did make us feel welcome and assisted us throughout right up until we left the store. Syed showed us the entire store to ensure that we had full understanding of the type of base we wanted and the mattress. We had gone in thinking we needed a medium firm mattress but ended up buying a firm one. We are no awaiting delivery...

A specific bed frame in wood was not available, so had to refer to catalog. Similarly another frame wasn't available in a specific colour.

Not able to confirm whether the delivery be AM or PM but to wait for call on the day of delivery before 10.30 am.Not a satisfactory comitment.

Matress was cheaper at john Lewis. Although it was priced matched, if I hadn't gone online searching for a better deal online whilst in the dreams store I would've spent extra money unnecessarily. Dreams need to keep up-to-date with the prices of their competitors to ensure their customers are always receiving the best deal.

One of the beds we considered needed a separate bedhead. The range of bedheads on offer was small, generally unattractive, and highly priced. In the end we rejected our favourite bed because a bedhead of matching quality was disproportionately expensive. Apart from that, everything was fine.

A s customer visiitng a bed store and spending almost near to a £1000.00 I feel it was quite unfair that I ahd to pay for my bed to be assembled. Surely, being a bed shop and selling beds, this should be a mandatory free service to your customers. I felt upset that I chose to come to Dreams to purchase my bed as i always do and I always return to the same store and Dreams were not able to assemble my bed as part of their service. Its very disappointing and makes my experience and no so great one. But Taz was amazing in trying to assist me the best he can and he had great knowledge of the store and finding what I needed. It would have been the best experience had I not had to pay for the assembling part of my transaction. It's not a huge amount but I feel it is unfair that this cost should be payable by customers. Based on that i believe if I was to highlight that to my friends and family, they would go elsewhere.
