Wanted "Seally" mattress orthopaedic, also wanted "Simmons"

Good products but would have liked it cheaper. Good assistance from Yasin and excellent product knowledge.

DELIVERY DATE TOO LONG AND ITEMS ORDERED WERE NOT READY. SO ITEMS ARE BEING DELIVERED IN TWO DIFFERENT DAYS.

We originally purchased a mattress, mattress protector and gel pillows. We had to return the protector and pillows to the store to be changed, which they did.

I am satisfied the service your sales person Zyed offered to us on the day of the visit.

It was a overall pleasant experience. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Products were decent quality.

I placed an order during the sale and made extra special effort to come to the store before the offer expired. Upon reflection, I decided to change the order as i feared that the headboard would be too big for delivery (my loft stairs are small). The store manager refused to offer the replacement bed at the sale price. I thought that this was unfair and not good for customer morale or goodwill. I could have left the store but decided to stay and make another purchase as the sales advisor (Atif) was very good and helpful.

Always want a bargain the price going rate. Also if the old bed was taken without charge this would make us highly satisfied.

Good choice of mattresses and recommendations on suitable ones. Also discussed comfort exchange which was important.

Very polite and efficient staff, have always uxed drdams to purchase my beds,wide selection and at prices go suit every pocket, staff very aware of the products that they are selling , overall good cust omer service.
