It was nice to have same day delivery for our mattress

We received text on mobile and Email your order will be delivered today 30/01/2019 time slot 2:45-4:45 pm but we haven’t received any thing and no one informed us any thing wnen we call on given number they said we don’t have ur item in stock and we don’t know when will be available 😡

I expected better price on products (beds, matters and furnitures), also expected more product availability at store. Based on my experience I feel that I am satisfied and did place the order for purchase.

The mattress we bought was fine when we tried it in the store but it arrived today and nobody told us it would take 8 hours or more to inflate getting for 9.00pm and still waiting don't know if we can use it if its not ready to use yet

I was incredibly satisfied with the customer service at this store. I cannot fault your staff or the service they provided. However, I have recently received my delivery and unfortunately, I noticed after one of the beds had been assembled, there was damage, that will require filler, in several areas on the wall in one particular room.

Store not air conditioned. Very hot in this weather.

We returned to the store on Tuesday, 10 July 2018 to order a second bed. On doing so we found that assembly had not been included with the price of the bed we ordered on Sunday. Not sure if this was our fault or the sales assistants failure to make sure we made the right decision, but as I don't recall flatly refusing to include it I suspect it was overlooked by him.

I was highly satisfied

Need more choices in the store, I also think old beds should be collected for free, especially if you have spend alot of money on the beds.
