Service was good nothing extra ordinary

The store was neat and staff were friendly. But they were only 2 staff and the time we visited was busy where there were 5 customers. One staff was with one customer and the lady serving us was serving us and others as well. Felt bit distracted as she was attending everyone. Wish there was one more helping hand..

The store assistant James was extremely helpful and provided wonderful customer service. He provided the right advice without being too pushy. He helped us shortlist the bed and the mattress and agreed the 10% discount that I was getting if I purchased the order online. In all, excellent service and a fantastic price for the items purchased.

There is always room for improvement. The was very good.

Everything was smooth and salesman polite but the colour I wanted was not available in a slim fit headboard to match the bed base so had to go for a different colour

Price was high.

The process took longer that I thought it would

Dreams was short of staff, hence the salesperson had to serve the customers on his own. Even then he was excellent in his salesmanship.

Amazing customer friendly service. The store appears to be tied and needs a refurbishment.,
