Whilst in the store was supported in trying out the beds and given very useful information. The Sales Person Cath was very good and helped us to come to our decision with her support

Syed was excellent, provided good customer service at Ilford high road branch, even we had a cup of tea at the store, me and mum felt like home.

Staff member was very friendly

The person was really good. She is explained thoroughly on the computer about bed frame and size. Also explained very well on memory foam metres. Her name is Kathleen. I would reccomond to my friends and family.
