We had Cathy, the manager of the Ilford branch helping us. She took her time explaining the colour coded beds, got my husband to try mattresses that were to his liking, and then helped us go through our payment options with clarity, all in all she dealt with us for well over an hour and was great that we were not being rushed into a decision. Couldn't ask for any better treatment.
