Ayesha provided excellent customer service, she was attentive to our needs and had very good product knowledge in knowing what bed would be right for me.

I got the right bed for the right price after the assistant spent quite a lot of time showing me all the various options.

I think the thing that makes the shopping experience is the customer service that you receive whilst in the store. A day or so before I had gone into a different shop to look for a mattress and was barely acknowledged so I left pretty quickly without purchasing anything. When I entered the Dreams store in Seven Kings/Ilford, it wasn't long before your employee Syed Ahmed approached me and offered me assistance. As I was a first time buyer and am quite particular, Syed took a lot of time to explain the differences between the beds and was very patient while I tried and re-tried beds out in order to settle on which one I'd like to purchase. I then decided to buy the mattress on finance, and since the credit checks were taking a while he did things such as offer me a beverage and strike up conversation to make the process that much more bearable. All in all it was definitely Syed that made the experience, he's an excellent salesman and an asset to your firm. Was very pleased with the service and would definitely go back to Dreams.

A polite welcome, an enquiry about what we wanted to purchase and advise on where to look along with ample time to discuss the chosen product without any pressure made for a very pleasant experience.

I was shopping for a mattress for the very first time, I required a lot of detail and explanation of the difference's between products. I am a shy person, the assistant made me realise until I don't lay on the mattress and test it myself I would not know which ones best for me. As he was very supportive, he made me feel comfortable enough to be testing different mattresses explaining pros for each product. I explained I was moving into a new home he asked if I needed anything else, only thing left on my wish list was a dressing table and surprised me with a catalogue to choose from. I then picked out the one I liked making it easy and simple. Syed made a stressful shop and enjoyable memory to remember forming parts of my journey into my new home. Thank you very much !!!

The moment I walked into the store I was welcomedoing by a staff member and I was the taken straight to the bed mattresses that was most suitable for me from the description was giving. I was told to try out the mattresses in however the position I usually sleep in and was given a great deal of optiona and information

From the moment I entered the car park of the store and was greeted by a smiling colleague I was happy I decided to visit Dreams! He was very helpful and not only assisted every step of the way, but helped by making suggestions with some of the choices of the goods the I eventually purchased!
