Excellent service, staff were brilliant, very helpful and knew the job really well, I will always come back and make sure I give them many more customers.

We set out initially to visit several bed suppliers stores and Dreams Store in Seven Kings was our first port of call. James talked us through what was available and what might suit our needs and our budget. He seemed to know his stuff and gave a clear and honest explanation of the products and the insurance and finance schemes. We came away feeling confident that a down to earth sales team member had not pressurised us into anything we did not want to buy- something that is always a plus in our books. We didn't bother doing the rounds of bed stores after our visit to Dreams Seven Kings and are looking forward to the delivery of our bed.

We were greeted immediately, offered a drink, went through a computerised mattress selection process, which proved to be correct, given a guided tour on pillow options, choices for purchase of a single mattress, then onto our main purchase and new double bed, base/divan

I was assisted by Ayesha in the Ilford store. I was extremely happy with her professionalism and friendliness. She took time to understand our requirements and didn't waste any time on finding us the best mattress. We were also kindly office hot and cold drinks. Having a good quality mattress protector for free was a bonus! Would have been the icing on the top if we got some great pillows free too! Overall, very happy of the service in this store and especially from Ayesha. Thanks!

I got a lot of help and all questions were answered . I also took around 40 minutes and the worker helped me pick a right bed

The staff Ayisha was highly helpful. When we entered the store, she welcomed us with a warm greeting. She then found out what we were there for and then familiarised with different variety of product we are looking for, quality of each and the benefits. We were really happy and placed an order with Ayisha who helped us with delivery dates suited to our requirements. We will be definitely revisiting customers and definitely recommend to out knowns about the services offered.
