the assistant called Pam was very knowledgeable and agreeable and knew her products,I was offered a cup of tea, and tried out the beds before I made a decision on what to purchase.

Ayesha was very helpful because I have very limited space and was expecting to have to cut a wooden frame down. I wasn't expecting there to actually be a bed in store that fits. She was knowlegable and helpful. So I was confident to buy there and then

We visited the Goodmayes store in Ilford today to buy a new mattress. We were so impressed with Pam the sales women at this branch. From the moment we walked into the store she allowed us time to initially check out the mattresses ourselves - which was perfect. After about 5 minutes she came over and gently asked us if we needed help. She was very friendly, funny and a wealth of knowledge. She patiently showed us the various mattresses that suited our needs, encouraging us to try them out while describing the differences between them. She was so good at her jot that she also managed to sell us a great pillow and cover for our mattress without being pushy! She offered us refreshments and was very patient with us both. At all times she was professional but extremely affable. She is a credit to your company and I would recommend her and your store to everyone!
