Very good assistance was given and the staff was very helpful and patient through out.

Staff made sure my well-being as I was not well. I was offered drinks or tea. I was given enough to think or choose my products. I was given access to the toilet as I was desperate. I was explained about products. Staff was welcoming and approachable

We had a range of products to choose from and we have been a Dreams customer for the last 15 yrs.

We felt we were important to the staff and that they really listened to what we said and they were very friendly and helpful.

We were warmly welcomed by the staff, left us to walk around for a few moments and only after that did they approach us for providing assistance, this was very welcome as we wanted to see the range before we were approached. Once we mentioned our requirements, the staff (Ayeesha) dealt with our requests in a very professional manner, had good knowledge of the products and was very professional in her attitude and manner of dealing with us.

Our sales advisor was super hellpfull and made us feel very welcome and helped us locate what we were looking for, taking her time explaining the offers to us.

We saw lady pam in seven kings. Fantastic service better then one saw Hornchurch dream. Left straight away. Told my friends go to seven kings stores. Lady pam so good. Took her time with us. So happy with service. Thank you again. Validation code 013a005310. So happy can't so enough

As soon as I entered the store i was aknowledged and the assistant Ayesha helped me to find the right bed & mattress & pillows.
