I was Alex I'd I needed assistance when I walked in. I was greeted warmly on entering the store and when I found the products I was interested in the salesman was very quick to help me out give me a quote and I was on my way. I then discussed with my partner what I had found and we called and ordered over the phone. P

Walked into the store to have a general look around for a single bed - were greeted very well by the two members of staff at the store and who were very keen to help us. They took an interest in asking us what we were looking for and explained to us the different types of beds and mattresses available. We ended up buying a single bed and two headboards but while we were leaving we also ending up purchasing a Tempur mattress which we had not even thought of buying. Excellent service by Pam and Ayesha at Ilford store. Would definitely be going there again in the future.

The member of staff approached me as soon as I entered the store, he asked me if I needed any assistance, and when I said I was browsing, he allowed me to look around for the bed that I required. When I chose the bed he was readily available to provide various options and guidance for the mattresses. And processed my order efficiently.

Pleasant friendly staff who were helpful, showed is around and listened to what we wanted. A wise choice of beds of high quality and style. Will be shopping again in future.
