The service was amazing. I was showed the best bed for me and the best bed for my disabled back which I was very greatful for. I was very happy with the delivery date because I wanted to receive my bed as soon as possible and I was given that option.

The store assistant Giri was very helpful directing me to suggested products; and finding suitable items within my budget. I was very appreciative of the high level of customer service, and the friendly greeting from all staff, upon entering the Ilford High Road Branch of dreams.

I found the Shop Assistant extremely helpful .I didn't have much knowledge of the bed I wanted to purchase but Giri was a great help and gave me lots of useful advice and made my shopping experience quite seamless.
