I had certain requirements which were met and accommodated by girdah the sales representative also very impressionable and polite

The sales man was very good in assiatance and demonstration of products. we brought them in sale end day so we are happy.

Pan approached us in ilford store and helped us choose the right mattress and bedstead and was very patient and professional .she even made us cup of tea and I would definitely recommend to my friends and family . Great service overall and was very happy with purchase

Friendly staff, Over stayed for us after closing time as well. Very good product knowledge makes it easy for me to decide. Had coffee as well , that is really kind and felt very good as a customer.

Before going to Dreams I visited another shop intending to buy a matress, however the service was so shoddy I walked out. I then went to dreams and I am so glad I did. The service and help given by Giri the sales man, was excellent and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending your store to anyone.

Chose Ilford from the website as a larger store to visit. Pam knew her stock; recognised which mattress I had last time (although no longer available) and immediately suggested the one I would like - which was my final choice. She gave me very good alternatives to look at, and then understood that I wanted time alone to look and go backwards and forwards before deciding. She rejoined me when I seemed ready to order. We were offered tea (which we declined). Staff Toilets were available for our use before we left. These points were appreciated!

Team are a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Pam was very helpful and demonstrated a matresss for us.

the staff who attended me was very helpful and have got good communication skills. the place is very good. felt like being at home. the products looked very comfortable compared to other places we visited. i am quite happy with overall experience with dreams. the price is slightly expensive but i think its value for money.

Giri was very good. He explained everything to use Clearly and made our experience very pleasant.
