A wonderful salesman called James helped me with what I wanted and I was happy with his service and product.

James was really helpful, knowledge is great and amazing customer service.

I would say that the sales person was polite, intelligent and could speak in Urdu which made it easy for my mother to communicate. She spend time with us. Showed us different mattress and explained well. Therefore was extremely happy and satisfied with her performance. Thank you.

I went to the Ilford branch...(seven kings near fire station) The sales assistant was James he was very polite, had great product knowledge and was able to explain and answer my questions. He helped me chose and was very friendly. Gave me space and time to think, compare and get back to him when i was ready. What a pleasant understanding person. Thank you for your help and i will be looking out for you each time i shop. I give him 5 stars for his help in making my purchase. *****
