An extremely helpful and friendly assistant named Ayesha dealt with me on my visit to your Ilford High Road store and although I didn't spend a huge amount I felt that I was a highly . valued customer. As a result, I will certainly use this sore again and recommend it to anyone looking for a new bed or mattress. Ayesha is a huge asset to your business.

We were literally in store for 20 minutes. The person who served us knew exactly what we wanted and we even left the store with our product. Couldn't have wished for better service

Buying a bed is something which cannot be rushed, selection need careful consideration. Your assistant Giri was extremely patient and offered advice where needed. It can be difficult where one is faced with such a large selection of beds to make one's mind up 'at the drop of a hat' so to speak. All this was taken into consideration by your Staff. A very satisfying purchase.

I was given time to browse before an assistance asked if I needed any help. A very nice lady gave me all the information I needed to purchase my divan bed, mattress and headboard. Buy buying them as one purchase I received a further discount which I was highly delighted with. I would certainly recommend Dreams to friends.
