When i visited the store on sunday the 28th 08 i was greated by a member of staff as soon as i entered the branch which made me feel valued as a customer he gave me all the information that i needed that meets my needs and then i left to explore my choices then i was impressed with the level of service so i came back the next day the 29th 08 and i was greated by the branch manager and she was really keep to help so i placed my order for a bed and mattress with free delivery to match the website wich was fantastic .mohammed chagh

Syed and the Manageress at the Ilford branch were very professional and had a firm commitment to service delivery. The overall customer service was excellent and we were helped with every stage of the sale. They were very customer focused and treated us very well. Because we were treated with so much respect, it wasn't difficult in choosing the quality bed and sofa bed. Very helpful staff advised us good choice with in our budget and Made it simple to make decision.

Parking was bit difficult . But instore customer expirience and choice was good. I have done bit of research on tempur and Gori explained in detail .. in future when we are ready we will buy it from deeams only.
