The sales assistant, Giri, was very knowledgeable about the firm mattresses which we were looking at and helped us make a choice we were happy with. We opted to buy the display model and he gave us a good discount on this. The delivery date is very convenient and we have booked for you to take away the old mattress, which some other bed stores don't do.

I purchased bed at the Dreams store in Ilford and was served by the Store Manager Pam who was extremely helpful. She made me try out a few of the mattresses at the store and helped me to identify the one that suited my comfort level (medium firm). She also asked what my budget was and went through the various price range and purchase options for a few of the mattresses in this range. She even served me a cup of tea while I waited for the order to go through. It was overall a pleasant experience.
