Great customer service. High level of knowledge of Tempur mattresses and accommodating to my needs. Very happy. Excellent price for ex-display unit.

We were highly satisfied because we were in a rush and were not sure about what we wanted. The sales assistant helped us find what we wanted in a short space of time and offered us alternatives. She offered us bed cover, mattress cover and recommended us the best mattress. Thanks for all your help ayesha.

Customer service was great, we had very little time to look around but the assistant helped find us exactly what we were looking for. We were very satisfied and we're offered a mattress protector and some silent night pillows too which was great.

Great customer service and knowledgeable

Pam and Syed are great. The professionalism they was unbelievable and the knowledge.

Both sales personnel who I spoke to were very knowledgeable about the products. They showed me the type of bed I was looking for, fetched a memory foam pillow for me to try with the bed and were generally very helpful. They explained about the headboards advising that although the colour I wanted was not on display it could be ordered and I was offered a book of colour swatches to choose from. I would highly recommend the store in Ilford for its helpful and friendly staff as well of course for the goods I bought.
