Great customer service by Syed. He was very professional and friendly and built a good rapport with us. We came to spend 1000 pounds but ended up spending 500 pounds and bought everything that was needed. Plus I saved money which was even more of a bonus. I would definitely come again if I ever need a mattress or bed.

I was greeted upon entry by the lovely Pam. Within minutes she had me on the bed and getting comfy. I was lead through the various offerings from soft to very firm, Springs to foam, efficiently and professionally. Anther customer needed more attention and so Pam handed me over to Taz. He quickly picked up from where Pam left off Within minutes of me identifying my preference and budget Taz had got me and coffee and upsold me. He was spot on. The more expensive product really felt better and I knew I wanted it. With Pams assistance as it turned out Taz had only been there a week we completed the deal and I have a new mattress. I really appreciated the time and attention paid to me at the Ilford store. Pam and Taz are a credit to your company.

Very friendely & helpful staff

The Dreams staff understood our needs and recommended to us a couple of beds. We tried them and a member of the team Syed answered all our questions and concerns. He knew the features of both beds which greatly helped us make our decision. As a result we are able to purchase the Dream Leigh Insignia mattress straightaway. The Lady Manager provided also great customer and personal experience about the pillow. As a result we decided to purchase also a Tempur pillow despite its price. Very pleased with the experience at Dreams.

The colleague (TAZ) had only been working at the store for a short while but was helpful and knowledgeable.
