The service was quick and smooth. I was also attended in a polite manner without any issues.

The staff member we were served by was Pam. They were very hospitable and made us feel comfortable, by kindly greeting and offering us beverages (Coffee). They offered us the service 'SleepMatch' which was very insightful and helped us pick out the best possible mattress for our needs. Overall, the experience was very enjoyable and satisfying.

Staff member James was very good and attentive. We were very pleased with the service of finding the right mattress and bed that we were looking for and satisfied with the price. Amazing performance for a fair well price and I will gladly come back again. I particularly liked their patience with customers and how they would gladly do something with me even if I disagreed they would negotiate.

From the minute I arrived in the store I knew that I would find what I was looking for. A young man called Abdulla came over and greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. He listened to me carefully and was very understanding. He took me trough the process starting with the bed machine and recommended to me a few beds for me to try. There was no time pressure at all. He gave me advice and answered all my questions. I did not pressurised at all. He gave me time and space to think and try. He offered me water and did indeed give me a bottle of water. He helped also to purchase a cool pillow. Can’t wait now for our new bed. I will be going back fir a second bed and I have already recommended this store to my sister. She was impressed and I will be taking her there later this month. Very impressive Customer Service.

When I went to the store I was met by James, he was very polite, professional, and very knowledgable, he listened to what I wanted and wasn't at all Pushy like some salesmen can be, nothing was too much trouble and I came away feeling like I had had a very positive experience, it was very fuss free.
