I was helped by Taz who was very friendly and helpful as soon as I came into the shop. He assisted with the choice of mattresses on offer and my order was placed very quickly and efficiently. He told me about the special offers on pillows available when buying the mattress, and also about the guarantee and mattress protector. He was helpful and knowledgeable throughout and even offered my brother and I a drink which was a really nice touch and made us feel like valued customers!

Customer service from giri was very good

The staff was amazing. He was not forcing us to buy anything but really helped us choose the right product for ourselves. You are likely to buy beds twice or thrice in your life and spend one third of your entire life in the bed. One can imagine the importance of choosing the right bed for yourself and this guy Giridhar was amazing, honest, professional and above all sincere. The store closing time was 6 pm but we finished at 7 and he did not make us realised this. My hear is praying for this guy.

Everyone was so very helpful including Taz the representative that served me Just waiting for delivery of my bed now!

I am very Highly Satisfied with my experience at the Dream store and Customer service was Excellent and friendly.

Clean, well laid out store with polite, knowledgeable staff who were very available to us when needed. We were given tea and coffee, any questions we had were answered, and we also given the space and time we needed to not feel rushed. There was no hard selling, which would have put me off instantly on purchases of this cost. All in all a great experience.
