The assistant Giri was extremely helpful, he looked after me very well without making me feel at all pressured. The offer of an additional pillow whilst I tried the beds was brilliant.

We visited Dreams at Seven Kings. Mr Giri, sale assistant, was very helpful and he dedicated his time to our requirements. We were very welcoming and greeted with warmth, He explained clearly the details of the products we were buying and advised us what was best for our needs. We set up a delivery date which allow us to change at later stage if it was not convenient for us. We just have to phone to reschedule the delivery date. At the end when doing the products costs, the store manager assisted us with a very pleasant hospitality. The manager even allowed us some items at discount prices for such a big purchase. We will definitely pay another visit to the Dreams Store at Seven Kings as they are very welcoming and pleasant.

Assistant was knowledgeable and gave us a few options to choose from according to our requirements. We were informed of all our options regarding mattresses, pillows, guarantees, etc.

Taz asked us our requirements and managed to meet them all. We weren't rushed at all and was able to test different priced beds. We also tested out pillows

I visited the Dreams store in Ilford. I am extremely satisfied with service I received from staff member. She approached me and offered to help. Information was relevant with the right amount of details. I kind of had a couple of options in mind but wasn't ready to buy. Pam made that difference by being friendly, knowledgeable and not pushing.
