I was shown a wide range of beds in line with my preferences. There was no hard sell. It was made clear that time should be taken to select the right bed at the right price, which totally tallied with our own way of thinking. The customer advisor was excellent.

Syed was very helpfully, welcoming and knowledgeable. Went out of his way to make us feel welcome, answered all questions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. Was able to satisfy all our requirements. He is a credit to the company.
