The sales assitant Taz was very helpful & knowledgable. We were offered tea and coffee. Pillows to test out mattreses and not rushed to make a decision. He let us test several mattreses time after time until we made our mind up. Taz IS and will be an asset to your company.

We didn't really know too much about mattresses when we entered the store so had quite a few questions. We were guided to a few different ones to try which would suit our needs and they were all very good. We also tried the tempur pillows which we ended up purchasing even though we didn't intend to buy pillows but they were very comfy that we thought we should get those too. The gentleman that served us was Taz and he was very helpful and polite. A very pleasant experience for us newcomers to buying mattresses.

I was given a very warm welcome by Joynal and Pam offered a prepared a very nice cup of cuppuccino. It was a cold day but I was so comfortable , I even commended to both staff that they offer a very good service. They have sound knowledge of the products which make a customer feel well advised at the same time I felt valued.

The person serving me was very helpful and and explained about the bed how it works and showed me different options available as first is i was shocked at the price but then realized the quality of the products, after buying everything i was given a discount and a couple of freebies which made me happy.

Taz was an excellent sales assistant. He was able to find the perfect mattress that suited our needs. His knowledge of the product range was excellent and he really understood the importance of making a bed purchase. He was helpful when we required assistance but, most importantly, he was respectful when we wanted to take a private moment to consider the purchase. This, in my eyes, was the highlight. I would recommend seeing Taz and this Dreams if any of my family or friends were considering a bed purchase. I left a very satisfied customer.

Dreams has a special place for us as we started our married life with a dreams bed. The service we got then (12 years ago) to now is amazing. My daughter loved the bed she ordered. Syed was so helpful. He greeted us offered us drink and the assistance with pillow service was very very good. This Dreams store brings me fond memories. Even though we spent close to £ 1000 we all (including my daughter) returned so happy from the store. It was a pleasure to visit this store and Syed deserves a lot of praise for engaging with all of us. He made us feel welcome. We bought everything he offered - he won our trust. All in all very good experience.
