The sale assistant was very polite and welcomed us with a warm smile listened to our request and showed us the options and the pricing. Before ordering he made us feel comfortable by sitting us down and offered us tea or coffee which we didn't have time for but that was very professional and kind when ordering he was quick and found a very short delivery date which we were very pleased with

I was served by Joynal at the Ilford branch. He was very knowledge about the products. He was able to explain to me the different benefits each product provided. He provided me with all the options which were at a variety of prices. He gave me lots of time to test out the different beds. I think it was my best customer experience, I was even offered tea & coffee! It was a first class service.
