Taz was very helpful in selecting our bed frame. He was consistent and to the point when describing the specs. We were greeted and offered beverages. He even enticed us to buy two pillows, and all we wanted was a bed frame. He is an exceptional salesman and an asset to your company. Kudos to him!

Taz, and the manager Pam offered an excellent service. They greeted me as I entered the store, they listened to my needs and responded appropriately. Both were very polite and had excellent communication skills. They offered me a drink which I found very hospitable.

The Salesman, Mr. Shed was friendly, efficient and smart.

Syed is a highly knowledgable sales person with excellent customer service. He did everything he could to help us and assist with our purchase.

I actually enjoyed the fact and told the salesman that I had not been pressured into buying the product and he left me to make up my mind whilst he went to talk to another customer. I actually found this very refreshing, as obviously I had looked around various bed companies and walked away when I felt that I was being hounded by the salesman. your salesman was extremely pleasant and makes the best cup of tea for miles. He is wasted being a bed salesman he should open a tea shop. I will recommend Dreams to other people.
