The shop assistant was very helpful showing me a number of different products in the store and online even no he was the only person working that day nothing was to much trouble for him..

Impressed with our assistant Pam's knowledge of products and being able to answer all our questions with ease & confidence. Pam also has a very welcoming and friendly way about her whilst still maintaining her professionalism. She made our first Dreams experience a thoroughly pleasant one & hence would not hesitate to shop at Dreams again nor recommend to a friend.

Nice and friendly staff and was even offered a drink. The ordering process was really simple and ver satisfied with my purchase and the way in which my custom was handled.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff .Syed especially had a good knowledge and helped us with all the queries ,also helped us choose the matress and bed frame. Very polite and offered us something to drink several times since it was a very hot day!!!.
