When we got into the store, we were immediately welcomed by Pam who showed us various products. We asked that we be left to consider the various options we had been shown. A little while later, Taz came along and asked how we were. He provided us more information on theproducts and guided us towards a product which we were very happy with. In the midst of this, he kept asking if we were comfortable and offered tea, coffee and pillows (lol). We finished the transaction whilst i was sipping some lovely hot chocolate. I am very delighted with my transaction and will be visiting Dreams for any future purchases.

The pre- sale contact was with Joynal, who impressed me very much with his knowledge of the products and of the customers' sleep needs etc., especially for one so young. He was particularly polite and helpful, and happy to let me take quite a long time to try out the various beds, without undue pressure, while displaying good product knowledge. A very personable young man. He had left by the time we completed our purchase and we were seen then by Pam, who helped us to complete the task in a very efficient and customer friendly manner too. She was very good at pointing out the most important aspects of the contract before we completed and signed it. They are both a credit to your organisation.
