My husband and I were in the store to try options for a double bed. Syed and his colleague greeted us making us feel welcomed, but also not pressured. We were very clear that we wanted to avoid slatted bed frames. Syed listened to our needs, and then showed us the available divan as well as ottoman options. He also told us about the colour-coded mattresses and pillows if we needed them, and to feel free to lie down on the mattresses to try them. He demonstrated the ottoman beds to us and then left us some privacy to try them for ourselves. He offered us tea/coffee twice, even though we didn't need it either time. There was no public toilet but Syed very kindly let me use the staff one. This was great as it meant I was able to stay longer to decide on a purchase. We spotted a nice mattress on discount and were wondering about our options because we are waiting to complete purchase on a new flat that is not ready yet. Syed talked us through our options patiently, letting us have an incentive for buying on the day, and also explained delivery and warranty options so that we were clear about what we were paying for. We were extremely pleased with the service that we received.

Really helpful staff

The assistant, Pam, asked immediately if we needed assistance. We explained our reasons for proposing to purchase a new bed, she invited us to look around explaining the types, and types of bed. She offered to get us a tea or coffee, which we accepted. She then sat down to drink the tea and discuss the bed that may suit our situation. We viewed a bed and it suited us in all respects, except that we did not need a mattress as we had purchased one from Dreams a couple of years previously. Pam was very good with the purchase situation, such thay se answered every question that we asked. We purchased the bed and insurance to protect our purchase for 8 years. She also offered us two pillows for free which we gratefully accepted. We would like to say thank you to her for her professionalism in her sales expertise, in helping us in a very nice way.
