The staff were very friendly, funny and helped us pick a great bed. I was offered a cup of nice coffee also.

Ifzal was incredibly helpful in showing me a number of mattresses to fit my needs and what I was looking for. We discussed the costs and finance options and selected the best pick for what I needed now.

Ifzal was very nice and explained to us the difference between some of the mattresses they had in the store,he was happy to help and offered a drink and to take our mattress to the car.

As senior citizens and some experience in retailing business, it was a pure delight to visit Dreams store, to be greeted by a pleasant staff member who very quickly understood our requirements and showed us four alternative mattresses, supplied us with pillows and left us alone to test the options. Each unit we tested he had good knowledge of the specifications then left us to discuss the merits or down-side of each unit. During this long process, he supplied us with a coffee. On making Iffy aware of our selection he showed us to a table subtly placed at a discreet location, to discuss the final costs of our selection. We sort some small savings to suit our initial budget, these he achieved by including a Duvet cover set and waterproof mattress cover. The whole experienc e was professional, and we will visit Dreams in future happily. Thank you

The store was clean and had a good layout. The staff were very friendly and knowlegable. All the staff were professional and extremely helpful. The staff took the time to explain the offers and offered drinks.
