Friendly and professional welcome. Gave me the time to try out beds. Showed me a good range of products based on my requirement. Showed me beds within my price range and also lower and higher which enabled me to make the right choice.

The service I received was brilliant! Salesman (Atif) delivered a quick and exceptional service! Would definitely recommend!!!

Syed was excellent, balancing the need to share information with leaving us time to try out the mattresses on our own. He was friendly, was good with our children too and very welcoming

We were greeted by Pam who established our needs and showed us relevant products. Once we had chosen she took us over to Ifzal who completed our order while Pam made us a cup of tea. What a brilliant service.

I was served by Pam who was extremely helpful. As soon as i walked into the store she approached me with a warm smile and greeted me with great enthusiasm. I was finding it difficult to make a decision regarding a mattress and she took her time to show me all the different types. she offered me a coffee and was very informative. Gave me the option of a pillow as well. An absolute pleasure visiting this store.

We visited Dreams and Atif was the assistant who helped us. The staff were polite, friendly and very helpful but NEVER pushy. We were allowed to browse at our leisure and at no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. (We had visited Bensons earlier in the day and although the assistant was very nice he was also very pushy and that was ultimately why we walked out.) We were made to feel very at ease and that no question or request was too much bother. We were offered refreshments which were very welcome (who knew bed buying was so tiring!) Atif was such a lovely, pleasant young man who couldn't do enough to help us and we asked lots of questions! Anything he didn't know straight away he went and found out always with a smile. We were offered pillows, insurance (which he explained really clearly) and gave us our free mattress cover which was a nice surprise! I would have no hesitation in going back to this store or recommending it to anyone else. Well done to all!
