Dreams - Ilford

We were more than happy shopping at Dreams, we were attended to much not to the point that we were being followed around etc we were given time to wander around at our leisure but the staff were on hand to help if we needed it. We were offered coffee etc which was lovely & very nice too. It was a very relaxed experience which made a lot of difference.

The sales adviser was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Ifzal (customer assistant) was very attentive to our needs and had great knowledge around products - he ensured we were able to choose a product that best suited us.

I went to buy a bed for my new house for me and my partner. Ifzal assisted us in finding the best bed and mattress for us. He gave us the time we needed to decide and also helped with the order. We are overall pleased with the process and assistance given at the Ilford branch. Sadly delivery did not go as well and the drivers had issues taking the bed to the room. So we returned to the store twice and again assisted by the brilliant staff to re order another bed.

The store had a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Ifzal who assisted me with my purchase was very helpful and knowledgeable, and had a friendly manner and good sense of humour! I was also given a hot chocolate while taking time to make a final decision and when I tried the mattresses I was given a pillow, so overall the experience was enjoyable and positive!

Very helpful assistance from Pam who was open and friendly. She gave us a lot of time but was not overbearing and left us to ourselves when appropriate. A nice, light showroom with a friendly atmosphere. We were given coffee when making our purchases.
