The sales person Ifzal (Iffy to his friends) met us as we were parking the car he gave a warm and friendly greeting. We were offered a drink which was most welcome He asked if we were looking for anything in particular and showed us some suitable products, and gave great advice which allowed us to make an informed purchase we were given a set of good quality pillows to go with our bed. our assistant Pam was very helpful and polite she showed a very good knowledge of all the different products and was more than happy for us to try all beds more than once to make sure we chose the most suitable one. very nice lady.

Your sales assistant Ifzal ws very, very friendly and very helpful and even though Dreams didn't stock what I wanted he suggested, and even looked up on the Internet, what I was looking for. He offered myself and my friend a hot drink and he was, altogether very helpful - a very nice young man.

Had a very pleasant shopping experience at dreams- ilford. On arrival we were greeted and offered a drink. Ifzal listened to our needs and matched us to a mattress that would be suitable for us. He also took the time to understand my condition- as I suffer from back problems, and discussed options for pillows that could possibly benefit me. We were very pleased with the service we were offered and grateful that the staff stayed later than closing time to process our order. Despite being after closing time ifzal took the time to explain the accidental damage policy and processed our finance application, explaining each step to us. After looking for a mattress for over two years we were very happy to be able to finalise one yesterday. Thank you.

We were approached immediately by Pam who was very friendly and helpful, once we had chosen a mattress we were passed onto Atif who was also very efficient, friendly and helpful. The store was well organised and there was plenty of parking available. We were also offered hot drinks.

Iffy was a brilliant member of staff and helped us with everything we needed, he was really easy to speak to and get on with.
