Dreams - Ilford

As we entered the store we were greeted by Syed and we started looking for a mattress. After a little while Syed came over and asked if he could help without being 'pushy'. He encouraged us to lie on the mattresses. He explained the various attributes of the mattresses we were interested in. It was interesting to know that the mattresses were made in the UK and that they took away your old mattress and recycled them. We were offered a drink and I had a very good latte. We also bought two pillows and a mattress protector. This was our first experience of Dreams and we were very impressed. We will recommend Dreams to our friends. There was also a very helpful lady assistant in store...sorry we do not know her name.

Service was excellent. Offered tea and coffee and also pillows to try. Greeted with a lovely smile.

The assistant - Pam - was very knowledgeable and helpful, took time to show me different beds, made coffee was very pleasant.

The Assistants Yasin and Ifzal were very helpful and ensured that we sampled several mattresses before we made our purchase. We were made to feel welcome and were offered drinks whilst we made our transaction

we were given discounts and they told us about the other offers. they also helped us carry our purchased items to our car

We dealt with Ifzal/Iffy he was really helpful and answered all needs, he was friendly , supplied us with refreshments offer us a pillow to use while trying to find the right beds. What a lovely man

very professional, polite and helpful. spoke to us in a language we understood not using technical jargon. the gentleman who served us is a true salesman. He is an asset to your company.
